What this fixes

Founders feel the funnel is broken but can't name where. They optimize the loud layer (usually ads) because that's the layer with dashboards. The quiet layers — qualification, follow-up timing, proposal-to-close gap — leak more revenue but get ignored because nobody's measuring them.

How and why it works

The prompt acts as a structured interviewer, not a brainstormer. It walks the funnel in reverse — from closed deals back to first touch — asking quantitative questions at each stage (drop-off rate, time-in-stage, hand-off integrity). It refuses to move forward until you give a number or admit you don't have one. The 'I don't have one' answers are the diagnosis.
