Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

Mahmoud Fathy provides exclusively digital services including performance marketing consulting, AI automation solutions, strategy sessions, and related deliverables. All services and outputs are delivered digitally — there are no physical products shipped to any location.

2. Digital Delivery

All deliverables are provided through one or more of the following channels:

  • Email (hi@mahmoudfathy.net) — strategy documents, reports, proposals
  • Shared cloud storage links (Google Drive, Notion, or equivalent)
  • Secure client portals or dashboards
  • Live video sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent)

The specific delivery channel will be agreed upon in your service agreement or during the onboarding process.

3. Delivery Timelines

Timelines vary by service type and are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal. General guidelines:

  • Strategy sessions & consultation calls — Scheduled at a mutually agreed time within 5 business days of confirmed payment.
  • Strategy documents & reports — Delivered within the timeframe specified in your agreement (typically 3–10 business days).
  • AI automation builds & integrations — Project timelines outlined in the scoped proposal, ranging from 1 to 8 weeks depending on complexity.
  • Ongoing retainer deliverables — Delivered on the cadence defined in the retainer agreement (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

4. Delays & Force Majeure

Mahmoud Fathy will make every effort to meet agreed delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Delayed client input, feedback, or access credentials
  • Third-party platform outages (ad platforms, CRMs, APIs)
  • Force majeure events (illness, natural disasters, internet outages)

In the event of a delay, you will be notified promptly with a revised timeline.

5. Acceptance of Deliverables

Upon delivery, you have a review period (as specified in your agreement) to request revisions within the agreed scope. Silence or use of the deliverable after this period constitutes acceptance.

6. No Physical Shipping

As all services are digital in nature, no physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or carrier arrangements applicable to any engagement with Mahmoud Fathy.
